Fast Forward to 2013

I started writing my blog in 2008 and forgot about it until this morning! Bella lives on in my heart. My daughter was blessed with Maite on New Years Day, 2010. I enjoy my two beautiful grandchildren. The past few years I have been able to meet many online friends at retreats who share the love of crafting. Last year, my friend Becky and I started meeting at 2 Margaitas Grill (formerly 3 Garcias) to scrapbook with friends. She has been rotating the group to various locations from Portland to Scappose.

I've met so many wonderful people over the last few years and have admired their blogs but haven't taken the time to start mine.

December 2008 was a bittersweet month for my daughter and I. It reminds us how fragile life is. We really enjoy her son, my grandson and tried to ensure that he had a wonderful Christmas despite the sadness and loss of his baby sister, Bella Santi.
